Black Womxn Lead
Rooted in culture. Grounded in care. Built for our liberation.
Black Womxn Lead is a leadership development program that was created by the BWINH Collective to support Black womxn in our collective with stepping into leadership that reflects our values, our history, and our communities. We believe leadership doesn’t start with titles—it starts with truth, purpose, and collective care.
This program centers the lived experiences of Black womxn who have been historically excluded from leadership spaces and often carry the weight of many roles with little support. We are creating a different model—one that decolonizes leadership, honors cultural ways of knowing, and invests in the long-term wellness and sustainability of Black leaders.
