30 DAY SELF CARE & COMMUNITY CARE CHALLENGE

Self care and community care are deeply intertwined.

As Black womxn, we carry a lot in our society, and it's crucial that we take care of all aspects of ourselves. Equally important is our commitment to taking care of our community. We can't effectively care for our community if we're not taking care of ourselves, and we can't truly take care of ourselves without the support and strength of our community.

How the Challenge Works

Each day, we will alternate between self care and community care actions. Self care actions are designed to promote various kinds of rest and include daily affirmations to uplift and rejuvenate you. Community care actions will encourage us to step outside of ourselves, reflect on how we show up in our community, and find ways to contribute to communal well-being.


While participation is flexible, we strongly encourage you to complete as many challenges as possible. This is a practical way to live out our values and develop the habit of taking care of ourselves and each other.

Sharing Progress and Encouragement

We also encourage you to share your progress with the challenges with the community. This is about encouraging each other, offering support, and celebrating our efforts together. We encourage honesty, so feel free to share even if you face difficulties completing the challenges.

Let's embark on this journey together, nurturing ourselves and our community. We believe that through collective care, we can build a stronger, more resilient community.
