BUILD WITH US

Help Us Build What Comes Next

The BWINH Collective is building community infrastructure rooted in Black self-determination, collective care, and Black feminist matriarchal values.

We believe thriving communities require both strong relationships and strong systems. As our work continues to grow, we are seeking people who want to help build the structures, connections, and pathways that make Black community possible.

We are particularly interested in Black women and Black gender expansive people whose lived experiences can help shape systems of care that are responsive, sustainable, and community-centered.

While experience matters, we are less concerned with the number of years someone has held a title and more interested in demonstrated capability, accountability, and a commitment to collective work.

Our Values

The BWINH Collective is guided by Black feminist matriarchal values, including:

  • Collective Care

  • Reciprocity

  • Shared Leadership

  • Community Accountability

  • Self-Determination

  • Interdependence

  • Sustainability Over Urgency

  • Relationship Before Transaction

We believe those closest to barriers should be centered in designing the solutions that help remove them.
