Join the BWINH Collective

The BWINH Collective is a space where Black folks in and tied to New England come together to build, heal, and dream in community. Our work is rooted in care, culture, and collective power — centering those who’ve been historically excluded and creating the systems we need to thrive.

There are two ways to get involved:

🌿 Culture Keepers — Active volunteers who help plan, organize, and hold space for our community gatherings and initiatives.

🌾 Community Circle — A group of trusted community members who help guide our direction, share wisdom, and keep us grounded in our mission.

If you feel called to be part of this work, we invite you to join us.

Applications are open now, with orientations happening throughout 2026.
