Welcome to the Community Architect Onboarding Course. In this course, you'll learn how to strengthen the BWINH Collective through thoughtful, relationship-centered infrastructure that supports Black self-determination, collective care, and long-term organizational resilience. You'll explore how to assess existing systems, identify opportunities for improvement, design practical infrastructure, and collaborate with organizers to build solutions that reduce friction, preserve shared knowledge, and increase the Collective's capacity. By the end of the course, you'll have a clear understanding of your role, a roadmap for your first 90 days, and the tools to leave the Collective stronger than you found it.
