Welcome to the Belonging & Community Experiences role module. In this section, you'll explore the purpose of your role, the communities and experiences you'll steward, and what success looks like throughout your contract. You'll learn how to design relationship-centered gatherings that intentionally create space for Black people who have often been overlooked, while balancing creativity, autonomy, documentation, and accountability. By the end of this module, you'll have a clear understanding of your role and how your work helps strengthen belonging across the BWINH Collective.
