About
The BWINH Collective Core Initiation introduces contractors to the history, mission, values, organizing philosophy, community context, programs, practices, and working agreements that shape our collective. This course provides the shared foundation needed to understand not only what we do, but why and how we build differently. Participants will explore our approach to relationship-centered organizing, Black self-determination, cooperative systems, community care, accessibility, accountability, documentation, and collective leadership before moving into role-specific training.
