We’re on winter sabbatical Dec 1–Feb 15. All our work is powered by the unpaid labor of Black women, many of whom live with the weight of multiple oppressions. Rest is part of our strategy for sustainability and liberation. Responses will be delayed. Community members in need will hear back as soon as we’re able. About the event

Join us every other week for a short, 5-minute guided meditation designed specifically with the unique needs and experiences of Black womxn in mind. This is your time to set down the heavy lifting we do every day and allow your spirit to feel light, free from the weights of the physical world.
Whether you join live or catch the recording later in our group, this is a moment to reconnect with yourself, breathe deeply, and find rest in community. We'll pause together, honor our spirits, and create space for peace and renewal.
